C. Client & Third-Party Data You Enter

The app allows you to input information about your clients (“Client Data”). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process this information and that you provide any required notices to your clients.

  • Client names
  • Client phone numbers
  • Client email addresses
  • Client billing & shipping addresses
  • VIP status (if you choose to mark a client as VIP)

D. Transaction & Generated Content

  • Quotations and invoices: item lists, prices, discounts, totals, and related metadata you generate.
  • Product/service catalog: item name, price, SKU, description, and attachments you add.

E. Device & Technical Data

  • Device information (e.g., device model and OS version).
  • Network state (e.g., connection type/quality).
  • Usage data such as screen views, button clicks, and interactions collected via analytics.
Important: We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as government IDs, precise health data, or payment card details) unless you explicitly add such information into your own quotation content.

2. Device Permissions

Depending on your device settings and how you use the app, we may request the following permissions:

Camera

Purpose: To allow you to capture photos for profile images, business logos, or product catalog images.

Photo Library / Media Access

Purpose: To allow you to select existing images for logos, profile photos, or product attachments.

Storage / Files

Purpose: To save generated quotations (PDF files) to your device.

Biometrics (Face ID / Fingerprint)

Purpose: To allow secure login using Face ID or Fingerprint (when enabled by you). Biometric data is processed locally by your device hardware/OS and is not sent to our servers.

Notifications

Purpose: To send push notifications regarding app updates, reminders, or account/service status.

Your control: You can deny or revoke permissions at any time from your device settings. Some features may not work without required permissions.

3. Third-Party Services & SDKs

We use trusted third-party services to operate and improve the app. These services may process data on our behalf:

  • Google Firebase (e.g., Analytics, app infrastructure services): helps us understand usage patterns, improve performance, and fix issues.
  • Expo / React Native (e.g., updates and runtime services): helps deliver app features and updates reliably.
  • Social Login Providers (e.g., Google, LinkedIn): if you choose social login, these providers authenticate you and may share basic profile data such as name, email, and profile image depending on the permissions you grant.
  • In-App Purchases: app stores (e.g., Google Play / Apple App Store) process payments and subscription management. We do not directly store your full payment card details.

  • Service provision: to generate, manage, export, and share quotations and invoices.

  • Security: to protect accounts, prevent abuse, and support biometric sign-in when enabled.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Client DataYou can manage and delete client records from within the app.
Generated ContentYou control what you create and export; PDFs saved to your device remain on your device unless you delete them.

  • Secure storage: sensitive tokens and session-related data may be stored securely using encrypted storage on your device (e.g., secure keychain/keystore).
  • Biometrics: biometric authentication is performed locally on your device and not transmitted to our servers.
  • Access controls: we apply standard safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Note: No system is 100% secure. Please use a strong password and keep your device protected.
